DOMAIN REGISTRATION AGREEMENT
Effective Date: 10 June 2026
1. INTRODUCTION
This Domain Registration Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the registration, renewal, transfer, restoration, management, and use of domain names registered through GoDomains.
This Agreement forms part of the GoDomains Terms & Conditions and should be read together with:

By registering, renewing, transferring, restoring, managing, or using a domain name through GoDomains, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
2. REGISTRAR STATUS
GoDomains is operated by Cloudme Digital Co. W.L.L.
GoDomains provides domain registration services both as:

An accredited registrar for certain domain extensions; and
-
A reseller, intermediary, or service provider for certain domain extensions registered through accredited registrars, registry operators, or authorized service providers.
For Bahrain namespace domains, including but not limited to .bh and .البحرين, GoDomains acts as an accredited registrar authorized under applicable registry and regulatory requirements.
For other domain extensions, GoDomains may facilitate registrations through third-party registrars, registry operators, and registry service providers.
Additional registry, registrar, dispute resolution, verification, eligibility, and operational requirements may apply depending on the selected domain extension.
3. DOMAIN REGISTRATION REQUESTS
Submission of a registration request does not guarantee registration.
A domain name is considered successfully registered only when:

Payment has been successfully processed;

Required verification has been completed;
-
Registration has been accepted by the applicable registry and registrar;
-
The domain name appears in the relevant registry database.
Domain registrations are generally processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
GoDomains does not guarantee availability of any domain name until registration has been completed.
4. REGISTRATION DATA
The Registrant agrees to provide accurate, complete, and current registration information at all times.
Registration information may include:

Full legal name;
-
Organization name;
-
Postal address;
-
Email address;
-
Telephone number;
-
Administrative contact information;
-
Technical contact information;
-
Billing contact information;
-
Verification information.
The Registrant shall promptly update registration information whenever changes occur.
Provision of false, misleading, incomplete, or outdated information may result in:
-
Suspension;
-
Locking;
-
Transfer restrictions;
-
Cancellation;
-
Termination of registration services.
5. REGISTRANT RESPONSIBILITIES
The Registrant is solely responsible for:
-
The registration and use of the domain name;
-
Compliance with applicable laws;
-
Compliance with registry policies;
-
Maintaining accurate registration information;
-
Monitoring expiration dates;
-
Maintaining valid payment methods;
-
Content published under the domain name;
-
Activities conducted through the domain name.
The Registrant remains responsible for all activity associated with the domain name regardless of whether such activity is performed directly or through third parties.
6. DOMAIN REGISTRATIONS DO NOT CREATE PROPERTY RIGHTS
Registration of a domain name does not create:

Trademark rights;
-
Copyright rights;
-
Intellectual property rights;
-
Ownership rights;
-
Proprietary interests in the domain name.
A domain registration constitutes a contractual right to use a domain name subject to:
-
Registry requirements;
-
Registrar requirements;
-
Regulatory requirements;
-
Applicable laws;
-
This Agreement.
7. REGISTRY, REGISTRAR, AND REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS
All domain names remain subject to:
-
Applicable registry policies;
-
Applicable registrar policies;
-
Telecommunications Regulatory Authority requirements;
-
ICANN policies where applicable;
-
Registry dispute resolution procedures;
-
Applicable laws and regulations.
Certain domain extensions may impose additional requirements relating to:
-
Eligibility;
-
Verification;
-
Residency;
-
Documentation;
-
Registration restrictions;
-
Transfer restrictions;
-
Renewal procedures;
-
Dispute resolution procedures.
Such requirements may change from time to time without notice.
8. VERIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
GoDomains may require the Registrant to provide:

Identity verification;
-
Business registration documents;
-
Proof of address;
-
Proof of payment;
-
Proof of ownership;
-
Licensing information;
-
Eligibility documentation.
Failure to provide requested information may result in suspension, cancellation, transfer restrictions, or denial of registration services.
9. DOMAIN TRANSFERS
Transfer requests remain subject to:

Registry requirements;
-
Registrar requirements;
-
Authorization requirements;
-
Security controls;
-
Verification procedures.
GoDomains may refuse, delay, restrict, or deny transfers where:
-
Fraud is suspected;
-
Verification is incomplete;
-
Registry restrictions apply;
-
Legal disputes exist;
-
Regulatory requirements apply;
-
Security concerns exist.
10. DOMAIN RENEWALS
Domain registrations are granted for fixed registration periods.
The Registrant is solely responsible for:
-
Monitoring expiration dates;
-
Maintaining valid contact information;
-
Maintaining valid payment methods;
-
Requesting renewals before expiration.
Renewal reminders may be provided as a courtesy.
Failure to receive a reminder does not relieve the Registrant of responsibility for renewal.
11. EXPIRATION, REDEMPTION, AND DELETION
Expired domain names may:
-
Enter grace periods;
-
Enter redemption periods;
-
Become subject to restoration fees;
-
Become unavailable for recovery;
-
Be released for registration by third parties.
Availability and duration of such periods depend upon the applicable registry.
GoDomains does not guarantee recovery of expired domain names.
12. WHOIS AND REGISTRATION DATA
Domain registration information may be:
-
Processed by registries;
-
Processed by registrars;
-
Subject to verification requirements;
-
Subject to WHOIS publication;
-
Subject to RDAP publication;
-
Subject to disclosure obligations imposed by law.
Additional information is contained in the Privacy Policy and WHOIS Privacy Service Agreement.
13. DOMAIN DISPUTES
Domain names may be subject to:
-
Court proceedings;
-
Arbitration proceedings;
-
Administrative proceedings;
-
UDRP proceedings;
-
URS proceedings;
-
Registry dispute policies;
-
Regulatory actions.
Registrants agree to be bound by all applicable dispute resolution procedures.
14. ABUSE, SECURITY, AND ENFORCEMENT
GoDomains may suspend, lock, hold, transfer, modify, disable, cancel, or otherwise restrict domain names where necessary to:

Investigate abuse;
-
Investigate fraud;
-
Investigate phishing;
-
Investigate malware activity;
-
Protect registry stability;
-
Protect internet users;
-
Comply with legal obligations;
-
Comply with registry requirements;
-
Comply with registrar requirements;
-
Comply with regulatory requirements.
Action may be taken without prior notice where immediate action is reasonably necessary.
15. REGISTRY AND REGULATORY AUTHORITY
GoDomains reserves the right to deny, suspend, cancel, transfer, lock, hold, modify, or otherwise restrict any domain name registration where necessary to:

Protect the integrity, security, and stability of registry systems;
-
Comply with applicable laws;
-
Comply with governmental requests;
-
Comply with law enforcement requests;
-
Comply with court orders;
-
Comply with dispute resolution procedures;
-
Comply with registry requirements;
-
Correct administrative or technical errors.
Registrants acknowledge that registry operators, registrars, regulatory authorities, dispute resolution providers, and courts may independently exercise authority over domain names.
16. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GoDomains shall not be liable for:

Registration failures;
-
Registration delays;
-
Domain suspensions;
-
Domain deletions;
-
Domain transfers;
-
Registry actions;
-
Registrar actions;
-
Regulatory actions;
-
Dispute resolution outcomes;
-
Expired registrations;
-
Lost business opportunities;
-
Lost profits;
-
Indirect or consequential damages.
GoDomains’ aggregate liability arising from domain registration services shall not exceed the fees paid by the Registrant for the affected domain name during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the claim.
17. INDEMNIFICATION
The Registrant agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless:

GoDomains;
-
Cloudme Digital Co. W.L.L.;
-
Registry operators;
-
Registrars;
-
Service providers;
-
Directors;
-
Officers;
-
Employees;
-
Contractors;
-
Affiliates;
from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, and legal fees arising from:
-
Registration of a domain name;
-
Use of a domain name;
-
Content associated with a domain name;
-
Violation of applicable laws;
-
Violation of third-party rights;
-
Violation of this Agreement.
18. REFUNDS
Refunds relating to domain registrations, renewals, transfers, restorations, and related services are governed by the Refund & Chargeback Policy.
Unless otherwise required by law, domain-related fees are non-refundable once processed.
19. TERMINATION
GoDomains may suspend, restrict, cancel, transfer, disable, or terminate domain registration services where:

This Agreement is violated;
-
Registry policies are violated;
-
Applicable laws are violated;
-
Fraud is suspected;
-
Abuse is detected;
-
Verification requirements are not satisfied;
-
Registry or regulatory action requires intervention.
20. CHANGES TO THIS AGREEMENT
GoDomains may modify this Agreement from time to time.
Updated versions become effective upon publication unless otherwise stated.
Continued use of domain registration services constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
21. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
Any dispute arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Kingdom of Bahrain, unless otherwise required by applicable registry dispute resolution procedures.

We operate the website https://go.cloudme.bh (the ‘Site‘), as well as any other related products and services that refer or link to this Policy (collectively, the ‘Services‘ ).
USE OF THE SERVICES
When you use the Services you warrant that you will comply with this Policy and with all applicable laws.
You also acknowledge that you may not:
- Systematically retrieve data or other content from the Services to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database, or directory without written permission from us.
- Make any unauthorised use of the Services, including collecting usernames and/or email addresses of users by electronic or other means for the purpose of sending unsolicited email, or creating user accounts by automated means or under false pretences.
- Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Services, including features that prevent or restrict the use or copying of any Content or enforce limitations on the use of the Services and/or the Content contained therein.
- Engage in unauthorised framing of or linking to the Services.
- Trick, defraud, or mislead us and other users, especially in any attempt to learn sensitive account information such as user passwords.
- Make improper use of our Services, including our support services or submit false reports of abuse or misconduct.
- Engage in any automated use of the Services, such as using scripts to send comments or messages, or using any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.
- Interfere with, disrupt, or create an undue burden on the Services or the networks or the Services connected.
- Attempt to impersonate another user or person or use the username of another user.
- Use any information obtained from the Services in order to harass, abuse, or harm another person.
- Use the Services as part of any effort to compete with us or otherwise use the Services and/or the Content for any revenue-generating endeavour or commercial enterprise.
- Decipher, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any of the software comprising or in any way making up a part of the Services, except as expressly permitted by applicable law.
- Attempt to bypass any measures of the Services designed to prevent or restrict access to the Services, or any portion of the Services.
- Harass, annoy, intimidate, or threaten any of our employees or agents engaged in providing any portion of the Services to you.
- Delete the copyright or other proprietary rights notice from any Content.
- Copy or adapt the Services’ software, including but not limited to Flash, PHP, HTML, JavaScript, or other code.
- Upload or transmit (or attempt to upload or to transmit) viruses, Trojan horses, or other material, including excessive use of capital letters and spamming (continuous posting of repetitive text), that interferes with any party’s uninterrupted use and enjoyment of the Services or modifies, impairs, disrupts, alters, or interferes with the use, features, functions, operation, or maintenance of the Services.
- Upload or transmit (or attempt to upload or to transmit) any material that acts as a passive or active information collection or transmission mechanism, including without limitation, clear graphics interchange formats (‘gifs’), 1×1 pixels, web bugs, cookies, or other similar devices (sometimes referred to as ‘spyware’ or ‘passive collection mechanisms’ or ‘pcms’).
- Except as may be the result of standard search engine or Internet browser usage, use, launch, develop, or distribute any automated system, including without limitation, any spider, robot, cheat utility, scraper, or offline reader that accesses the Services, or using or launching any unauthorised script or other software.
- Disparage, tarnish, or otherwise harm, in our opinion, us and/or the Services.
- Use the Services in a manner inconsistent with any applicable laws or regulations.
- Sell or otherwise transfer your profile.
- Use a buying agent or purchasing agent to make purchases on the Services.
CONSEQUENCES OF BREACHING THIS POLICY
The consequences for violating our Policy will vary depending on the severity of the breach and the user’s history on the Services, by way of example:
We may, in some cases, give you a warning, however, if your breach is serious or if you continue to breach our Legal Terms and this Policy, we have the right to suspend or terminate your access to and use of our Services and, if applicable, disable your account. We may also notify law enforcement or issue legal proceedings against you when we believe that there is a genuine risk to an individual or a threat to public safety.
We exclude our liability for all action we may take in response to any of your breaches of this Policy.
