EMAIL & PRODUCTIVITY SERVICES AGREEMENT
Effective Date: 10 June 2026
1. INTRODUCTION
This Email & Productivity Services Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the provision and use of email, productivity, collaboration, communication, and software subscription services provided through GoDomains, a trading name of Cloudme Digital Co. W.L.L. (“GoDomains”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
This Agreement forms part of the GoDomains Terms & Conditions and should be read together with:

By purchasing, provisioning, accessing, managing, or using Email & Productivity Services through GoDomains, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
2. SERVICES
GoDomains may provide access to:

Email services;
-
Productivity applications;
-
Collaboration tools;
-
Communication platforms;
-
Software subscriptions;
-
Business productivity services;
-
Related cloud-based software services.
Services may be provided directly or through authorized service providers, licensors, distributors, vendors, technology partners, or software publishers.
The availability of specific features, storage allocations, functionality, and capabilities may vary depending on the service plan selected.
3. THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS
Certain Email & Productivity Services rely upon platforms, infrastructure, software, and services operated by third parties.
Customers acknowledge that:

GoDomains does not own or control all underlying service infrastructure;

Third-party providers may modify features, functionality, pricing, storage allocations, policies, or service offerings;
-
Third-party providers may impose additional terms, policies, or requirements;
-
Service availability may depend upon third-party systems.
GoDomains shall not be responsible for actions, decisions, outages, interruptions, or policy changes imposed by third-party providers.
4. ACCOUNT OWNERSHIP AND RESPONSIBILITY
The customer remains responsible for:

User accounts;
-
Administrative accounts;
-
User access permissions;
-
Authentication methods;
-
Password management;
-
Multi-factor authentication settings;
-
Security configurations;
-
Account activity.
Customers shall ensure that all users authorized to access the Services comply with this Agreement and applicable laws.
5. CUSTOMER DATA
Customers retain ownership of their data, content, communications, documents, files, and information stored within the Services.
Customers grant GoDomains a limited right to access, process, manage, transmit, or otherwise handle customer data solely to the extent necessary to provision, administer, support, or manage the Services.
GoDomains does not claim ownership of customer data.
6. ACCEPTABLE USE
Customers shall not use the Services for:

Spam;
-
Phishing;
-
Malware distribution;
-
Fraudulent activity;
-
Identity theft;
-
Intellectual property infringement;
-
Unauthorized access;
-
Illegal activities;
-
Activities that violate applicable laws or regulations.
Customers must comply with:

Applicable laws;
-
The GoDomains Acceptable Use Policy;
-
Applicable third-party service provider requirements.
7. EMAIL DELIVERY
Email transmission depends on numerous factors outside the control of GoDomains.
GoDomains does not guarantee:
-
Email delivery;
-
Inbox placement;
-
Delivery speed;
-
Spam filtering outcomes;
-
Acceptance by recipient systems;
-
Availability of recipient servers.
Customers acknowledge that messages may be delayed, filtered, rejected, quarantined, or otherwise affected by third-party systems.
8. SECURITY
Customers are responsible for maintaining reasonable security measures, including:

Strong passwords;
-
Multi-factor authentication;
-
User access controls;
-
Security policies;
-
Device security;
-
User awareness training.
Customers shall promptly notify GoDomains of any known or suspected unauthorized access, security incident, or compromise.
9. SERVICE CHANGES
Features, functionality, storage allocations, licensing models, subscription terms, service offerings, and technical capabilities may change from time to time.
GoDomains reserves the right to modify, replace, discontinue, or update Services where required by:

Service providers;
-
Software publishers;
-
Licensing requirements;
-
Regulatory requirements;
-
Operational requirements.
10. BILLING AND SUBSCRIPTIONS
Services may be provided on recurring subscription terms.
Customers are responsible for:

Maintaining valid payment methods;
-
Paying applicable fees;
-
Monitoring subscription renewals;
-
Managing license quantities.
Failure to pay applicable fees may result in suspension, restriction, or termination of Services.
11. SUSPENSION OF SERVICES
GoDomains may suspend, restrict, or disable Services where:
-
This Agreement is violated;
-
The Acceptable Use Policy is violated;
-
Abuse is detected;
-
Fraud is suspected;
-
Security risks exist;
-
Payment remains outstanding;
-
Legal obligations require action;
-
Service providers require action.
Immediate action may be taken without prior notice where reasonably necessary.
12. TERMINATION
GoDomains may terminate Services where:
-
Abuse continues;
-
Fraud is confirmed;
-
Legal requirements require termination;
-
This Agreement is repeatedly violated;
-
Services can no longer reasonably be provided.
Termination may result in the suspension or deletion of accounts, licenses, or access rights.
13. DATA RETENTION AND EXPORT
Customers are responsible for:
-
Retaining copies of important data;
-
Exporting data before termination;
-
Maintaining records required for business or regulatory purposes.
GoDomains does not guarantee the availability of customer data following service termination.
Customers should retrieve and export all required data prior to cancellation or expiration of Services.
14. SERVICE AVAILABILITY
Services are provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis.
GoDomains does not guarantee:

Continuous availability;
-
Uninterrupted operation;
-
Error-free operation;
-
Specific uptime levels;
unless expressly agreed in writing.
Maintenance activities, provider outages, infrastructure failures, software defects, and security incidents may affect service availability.
15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GoDomains shall not be liable for:

Lost emails;
-
Delayed emails;
-
Email delivery failures;
-
Data loss;
-
Service interruptions;
-
Provider outages;
-
Software defects;
-
Security incidents;
-
Business interruption;
-
Loss of profits;
-
Indirect or consequential damages.
GoDomains’ aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the customer for the affected Services during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the claim.
16. INDEMNIFICATION
The customer agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GoDomains, Cloudme Digital Co. W.L.L., its officers, directors, employees, contractors, suppliers, licensors, service providers, distributors, technology partners, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, and legal fees arising from:

Use of the Services;
-
Customer content;
-
Customer communications;
-
Violations of applicable laws;
-
Violations of this Agreement;
-
Violations of third-party rights.
17. REFUNDS
Refunds relating to Email & Productivity Services shall be governed by the Refund & Chargeback Policy.
Certain licenses, subscriptions, and third-party services may be non-refundable once provisioned.
18. CHANGES TO THIS AGREEMENT
GoDomains may modify this Agreement from time to time.
Updated versions become effective upon publication unless otherwise stated.
Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
19. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
Any dispute arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Kingdom of Bahrain.

We operate the website https://go.cloudme.bh (the ‘Site‘), as well as any other related products and services that refer or link to this Policy (collectively, the ‘Services‘ ).
USE OF THE SERVICES
When you use the Services you warrant that you will comply with this Policy and with all applicable laws.
You also acknowledge that you may not:
- Systematically retrieve data or other content from the Services to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database, or directory without written permission from us.
- Make any unauthorised use of the Services, including collecting usernames and/or email addresses of users by electronic or other means for the purpose of sending unsolicited email, or creating user accounts by automated means or under false pretences.
- Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Services, including features that prevent or restrict the use or copying of any Content or enforce limitations on the use of the Services and/or the Content contained therein.
- Engage in unauthorised framing of or linking to the Services.
- Trick, defraud, or mislead us and other users, especially in any attempt to learn sensitive account information such as user passwords.
- Make improper use of our Services, including our support services or submit false reports of abuse or misconduct.
- Engage in any automated use of the Services, such as using scripts to send comments or messages, or using any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.
- Interfere with, disrupt, or create an undue burden on the Services or the networks or the Services connected.
- Attempt to impersonate another user or person or use the username of another user.
- Use any information obtained from the Services in order to harass, abuse, or harm another person.
- Use the Services as part of any effort to compete with us or otherwise use the Services and/or the Content for any revenue-generating endeavour or commercial enterprise.
- Decipher, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any of the software comprising or in any way making up a part of the Services, except as expressly permitted by applicable law.
- Attempt to bypass any measures of the Services designed to prevent or restrict access to the Services, or any portion of the Services.
- Harass, annoy, intimidate, or threaten any of our employees or agents engaged in providing any portion of the Services to you.
- Delete the copyright or other proprietary rights notice from any Content.
- Copy or adapt the Services’ software, including but not limited to Flash, PHP, HTML, JavaScript, or other code.
- Upload or transmit (or attempt to upload or to transmit) viruses, Trojan horses, or other material, including excessive use of capital letters and spamming (continuous posting of repetitive text), that interferes with any party’s uninterrupted use and enjoyment of the Services or modifies, impairs, disrupts, alters, or interferes with the use, features, functions, operation, or maintenance of the Services.
- Upload or transmit (or attempt to upload or to transmit) any material that acts as a passive or active information collection or transmission mechanism, including without limitation, clear graphics interchange formats (‘gifs’), 1×1 pixels, web bugs, cookies, or other similar devices (sometimes referred to as ‘spyware’ or ‘passive collection mechanisms’ or ‘pcms’).
- Except as may be the result of standard search engine or Internet browser usage, use, launch, develop, or distribute any automated system, including without limitation, any spider, robot, cheat utility, scraper, or offline reader that accesses the Services, or using or launching any unauthorised script or other software.
- Disparage, tarnish, or otherwise harm, in our opinion, us and/or the Services.
- Use the Services in a manner inconsistent with any applicable laws or regulations.
- Sell or otherwise transfer your profile.
- Use a buying agent or purchasing agent to make purchases on the Services.
CONSEQUENCES OF BREACHING THIS POLICY
The consequences for violating our Policy will vary depending on the severity of the breach and the user’s history on the Services, by way of example:
We may, in some cases, give you a warning, however, if your breach is serious or if you continue to breach our Legal Terms and this Policy, we have the right to suspend or terminate your access to and use of our Services and, if applicable, disable your account. We may also notify law enforcement or issue legal proceedings against you when we believe that there is a genuine risk to an individual or a threat to public safety.
We exclude our liability for all action we may take in response to any of your breaches of this Policy.
