HOSTING SERVICE AGREEMENT

Effective Date: 10 June 2026

1. INTRODUCTION

This Hosting Service Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the provision and use of hosting services provided by GoDomains, a trading name of Cloudme Digital Co. W.L.L. (“GoDomains”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

This Agreement forms part of the GoDomains Terms & Conditions and should be read together with:

  • Terms & Conditions

  • Privacy Policy

  • Refund & Chargeback Policy

  • Acceptable Use Policy

By purchasing, accessing, or using hosting services provided by GoDomains, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

2. SERVICES

GoDomains may provide:

  • Shared Hosting;

  • Managed WordPress Hosting;

  • Website Hosting Packages;

  • Hosting bundled with domain registrations;

  • Related hosting services.

Service features, specifications, storage allocations, bandwidth allocations, and technical capabilities may vary between plans.

3. ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY

The customer remains solely responsible for:

  • Website content;

  • Applications installed;

  • Scripts executed;

  • User accounts;

  • Password security;

  • Administrative access;

  • Website configurations;

  • Software updates.

The customer shall take reasonable measures to protect account credentials and hosting resources.

4. CUSTOMER CONTENT

The customer retains ownership of all lawful content uploaded to hosting services.

The customer grants GoDomains a limited right to process, store, transmit, back up, and otherwise handle such content solely for the purpose of providing the Services.

GoDomains does not claim ownership of customer content.

5. ACCEPTABLE USE

Customers must comply with:

  • Applicable laws;

  • The GoDomains Acceptable Use Policy;

  • Security requirements;

  • Industry standards.

Hosting services may not be used to:

  • Distribute malware;

  • Host phishing websites;

  • Conduct fraud;

  • Send spam;

  • Operate illegal services;

  • Infringe intellectual property rights;

  • Conduct unauthorized attacks;

  • Circumvent security controls.

6. RESOURCE USAGE

Hosting services are provided on shared infrastructure unless otherwise stated.

Customers may not use hosting services in a manner that:

  • Consumes excessive CPU resources;

  • Consumes excessive memory resources;

  • Consumes excessive disk storage;

  • Consumes excessive bandwidth;

  • Impacts platform stability;

  • Negatively affects other customers.

GoDomains may impose limits, suspend services, restrict usage, or require upgrades where resource usage becomes excessive.

7. SOFTWARE AND APPLICATIONS

Customers remain responsible for:

  • WordPress installations;

  • Plugins;

  • Themes;

  • Scripts;

  • Databases;

  • Third-party software.

GoDomains does not warrant the security, functionality, compatibility, or performance of third-party software.

8. SECURITY

Customers are responsible for maintaining reasonable security practices including:

  • Strong passwords;

  • Software updates;

  • Security patches;

  • Malware prevention measures;

  • Administrative access controls.

Where a website, application, or account creates a security risk, GoDomains may take immediate action to protect infrastructure and other customers.

9. MALWARE AND COMPROMISED WEBSITES

If GoDomains reasonably believes that a website, account, application, or service has been compromised or is creating a security risk, GoDomains may:

  • Suspend access;

  • Disable services;

  • Restrict functionality;

  • Remove malicious content;

  • Quarantine affected files;

  • Require remediation before reactivation.

GoDomains may take such action without prior notice where immediate action is reasonably necessary.

10. EMAIL SERVICES

Where hosting plans include email functionality, customers must comply with all applicable anti-spam requirements.

GoDomains may suspend email functionality where spam, abuse, phishing, fraud, or excessive usage is detected.

Email services are further governed by any applicable Email Services Agreement.

11. BACKUPS

GoDomains may perform backups for operational, disaster recovery, or service continuity purposes.

However, backups are provided as a courtesy unless expressly stated otherwise.

Customers remain solely responsible for maintaining independent backups of:

  • Website files;

  • Databases;

  • Email data;

  • Application data;

  • Configuration files.

GoDomains does not guarantee:

  • Backup availability;

  • Backup completeness;

  • Backup accuracy;

  • Backup restoration success.

12. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

GoDomains will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain service availability.

However, hosting services are provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis.

GoDomains does not guarantee:

  • Continuous availability;

  • Uninterrupted service;

  • Error-free operation;

  • Specific uptime levels unless separately agreed in writing.

13. MAINTENANCE

GoDomains may perform:

  • Scheduled maintenance;

  • Emergency maintenance;

  • Security maintenance;

  • Infrastructure upgrades.

Such activities may result in temporary service interruptions.

Where reasonably possible, advance notice may be provided.

14. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Hosting services may depend on third-party providers, including infrastructure providers, software vendors, network providers, content delivery networks, and other service providers.

GoDomains shall not be responsible for interruptions, failures, delays, or limitations caused by third-party services.

15. SUSPENSION OF SERVICES

GoDomains may suspend, restrict, or disable hosting services where:

  • This Agreement is violated;

  • The Acceptable Use Policy is violated;

  • Abuse is detected;

  • Malware is detected;

  • Security risks exist;

  • Fraud is suspected;

  • Legal obligations require action;

  • Payment remains outstanding.

Immediate action may be taken without prior notice where reasonably necessary.

16. TERMINATION

GoDomains may terminate hosting services where:

  • This Agreement is repeatedly violated;

  • Abuse continues after notice;

  • Fraud is confirmed;

  • Legal requirements require termination;

  • Services cannot reasonably be provided.

Termination may result in deletion of hosted content following any applicable retention period.

17. CUSTOMER DATA AFTER TERMINATION

Upon termination or expiration of hosting services, customer data may be removed from active systems.

Customers are responsible for retrieving data before termination or service expiration.

GoDomains is not responsible for preserving customer data indefinitely following termination.

18. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GoDomains shall not be liable for:

  • Data loss;

  • Website downtime;

  • Security incidents;

  • Hacking incidents;

  • Malware infections;

  • Loss of profits;

  • Business interruption;

  • Third-party software failures;

  • Backup failures;

  • Service interruptions.

GoDomains’ aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the customer for the affected hosting service during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the claim.

19. INDEMNIFICATION

The customer agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GoDomains, Cloudme Digital Co. W.L.L., its officers, directors, employees, contractors, suppliers, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, and legal fees arising from:

  • Customer content;

  • Use of hosting services;

  • Violations of applicable laws;

  • Violations of this Agreement;

  • Violations of third-party rights.

20. REFUNDS

Refunds relating to hosting services shall be governed by the Refund & Chargeback Policy.

21. CHANGES TO THIS AGREEMENT

GoDomains may modify this Agreement from time to time.

Updated versions become effective upon publication unless otherwise stated.

Continued use of hosting services constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.

22. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain.

Any dispute arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Kingdom of Bahrain.

We operate the website https://go.cloudme.bh (the ‘Site‘), as well as any other related products and services that refer or link to this Policy (collectively, the ‘Services‘ ).

USE OF THE SERVICES

When you use the Services you warrant that you will comply with this Policy and with all applicable laws.

You also acknowledge that you may not:

  • Systematically retrieve data or other content from the Services to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database, or directory without written permission from us.
  • Make any unauthorised use of the Services, including collecting usernames and/or email addresses of users by electronic or other means for the purpose of sending unsolicited email, or creating user accounts by automated means or under false pretences.
  • Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Services, including features that prevent or restrict the use or copying of any Content or enforce limitations on the use of the Services and/or the Content contained therein.
  • Engage in unauthorised framing of or linking to the Services.
  • Trick, defraud, or mislead us and other users, especially in any attempt to learn sensitive account information such as user passwords.
  • Make improper use of our Services, including our support services or submit false reports of abuse or misconduct.
  • Engage in any automated use of the Services, such as using scripts to send comments or messages, or using any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.
  • Interfere with, disrupt, or create an undue burden on the Services or the networks or the Services connected.
  • Attempt to impersonate another user or person or use the username of another user.
  • Use any information obtained from the Services in order to harass, abuse, or harm another person.
  • Use the Services as part of any effort to compete with us or otherwise use the Services and/or the Content for any revenue-generating endeavour or commercial enterprise.
  • Decipher, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any of the software comprising or in any way making up a part of the Services, except as expressly permitted by applicable law.
  • Attempt to bypass any measures of the Services designed to prevent or restrict access to the Services, or any portion of the Services.
  • Harass, annoy, intimidate, or threaten any of our employees or agents engaged in providing any portion of the Services to you.
  • Delete the copyright or other proprietary rights notice from any Content.
  • Copy or adapt the Services’ software, including but not limited to Flash, PHP, HTML, JavaScript, or other code.
  • Upload or transmit (or attempt to upload or to transmit) viruses, Trojan horses, or other material, including excessive use of capital letters and spamming (continuous posting of repetitive text), that interferes with any party’s uninterrupted use and enjoyment of the Services or modifies, impairs, disrupts, alters, or interferes with the use, features, functions, operation, or maintenance of the Services.
  • Upload or transmit (or attempt to upload or to transmit) any material that acts as a passive or active information collection or transmission mechanism, including without limitation, clear graphics interchange formats (‘gifs’), 1×1 pixels, web bugs, cookies, or other similar devices (sometimes referred to as ‘spyware’ or ‘passive collection mechanisms’ or ‘pcms’).
  • Except as may be the result of standard search engine or Internet browser usage, use, launch, develop, or distribute any automated system, including without limitation, any spider, robot, cheat utility, scraper, or offline reader that accesses the Services, or using or launching any unauthorised script or other software.
  • Disparage, tarnish, or otherwise harm, in our opinion, us and/or the Services.
  • Use the Services in a manner inconsistent with any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Sell or otherwise transfer your profile.
  • Use a buying agent or purchasing agent to make purchases on the Services.

CONSEQUENCES OF BREACHING THIS POLICY

The consequences for violating our Policy will vary depending on the severity of the breach and the user’s history on the Services, by way of example:

We may, in some cases, give you a warning, however, if your breach is serious or if you continue to breach our Legal Terms and this Policy, we have the right to suspend or terminate your access to and use of our Services and, if applicable, disable your account. We may also notify law enforcement or issue legal proceedings against you when we believe that there is a genuine risk to an individual or a threat to public safety.

We exclude our liability for all action we may take in response to any of your breaches of this Policy.
