VPS & CLOUD SERVICES AGREEMENT
Effective Date: 10 June 2026
1. INTRODUCTION
This VPS & Cloud Services Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the provision and use of virtual private servers, cloud servers, cloud infrastructure, managed cloud services, and related infrastructure services provided by GoDomains, a trading name of Cloudme Digital Co. W.L.L. (“GoDomains”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
This Agreement forms part of the GoDomains Terms & Conditions and should be read together with:

By purchasing, accessing, or using VPS or cloud services provided by GoDomains, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
2. SERVICES
GoDomains may provide:

Virtual Private Servers (VPS);
-
Cloud Servers;
-
Managed Cloud Services;
-
Infrastructure Services;
-
Cloud Computing Services;
-
Related infrastructure products.
Service specifications, resources, configurations, features, and capabilities may vary between plans.
3. THIRD-PARTY INFRASTRUCTURE
VPS and cloud services may be delivered through third-party infrastructure providers, datacenter operators, cloud platforms, network providers, and related service providers.
GoDomains may change, replace, migrate, upgrade, or modify underlying infrastructure providers at its discretion where reasonably necessary to provide, maintain, improve, secure, or support the Services.
Customers acknowledge that service availability may depend on third-party infrastructure and service providers.
4. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, VPS and cloud services are provided on an unmanaged basis.
Customers remain solely responsible for:

Server administration;

Operating system configuration;
-
Software installation;
-
Application management;
-
Security management;
-
User account management;
-
Firewall configuration;
-
Data protection;
-
Backup management;
-
Regulatory compliance.
Customers are responsible for all activities conducted through their servers.
5. ROOT ACCESS AND ADMINISTRATIVE CONTROL
Where root, administrator, privileged, or equivalent access is provided, the customer assumes full responsibility for:

Credentials;
-
SSH keys;
-
Access controls;
-
Security settings;
-
User permissions;
-
System modifications;
-
Installed software.
GoDomains shall not be responsible for customer actions performed using administrative access.
6. ACCEPTABLE USE
Customers must comply with:

Applicable laws;
-
The GoDomains Acceptable Use Policy;
-
Security requirements;
-
Industry standards.
VPS and cloud services may not be used for:
-
Phishing;
-
Malware distribution;
-
Botnets;
-
Fraudulent activities;
-
Spam operations;
-
Unauthorized attacks;
-
Illegal activities;
-
Intellectual property infringement;
-
Activities that threaten infrastructure stability.
7. RESOURCE ALLOCATION
Services are provided according to the resource allocations associated with the purchased plan.
Resource allocations may include:

CPU resources;
-
Memory resources;
-
Storage resources;
-
Network resources;
-
Bandwidth allocations;
-
Backup allocations.
Customers may not exceed purchased resource allocations in a manner that negatively impacts platform stability or other customers.
GoDomains may impose restrictions, require upgrades, or take other reasonable actions where excessive resource consumption occurs.
8. SECURITY
Customers are responsible for maintaining reasonable security measures, including:

Operating system updates;
-
Security patches;
-
Application updates;
-
Access controls;
-
Password security;
-
Firewall configuration;
-
Malware protection.
Failure to maintain reasonable security may result in suspension where customer systems create a risk to infrastructure, customers, or third parties.
9. MALWARE, ABUSE, AND SECURITY INCIDENTS
If GoDomains reasonably believes that a server, application, or service is involved in:

Malware activity;
-
Phishing activity;
-
Botnet activity;
-
Spam activity;
-
Fraudulent activity;
-
Security incidents;
-
Network abuse;
GoDomains may:
-
Restrict access;
-
Suspend services;
-
Disable services;
-
Isolate systems;
-
Remove malicious content;
-
Take emergency action.
Immediate action may be taken without prior notice where reasonably necessary.
10. BACKUPS
GoDomains may provide backup, snapshot, recovery, or disaster recovery functionality.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing:

Backup services are provided on a reasonable-efforts basis;
-
Backup availability is not guaranteed;
-
Backup completeness is not guaranteed;
-
Restoration success is not guaranteed.
Customers remain solely responsible for maintaining independent backups of all data, systems, applications, and configurations.
11. DATA LOSS
Customers acknowledge that data loss can occur as a result of:
-
Hardware failures;
-
Software failures;
-
Security incidents;
-
Human error;
-
Infrastructure failures;
-
Customer actions;
-
Third-party actions.
GoDomains shall not be liable for loss of customer data, corruption of customer data, or inability to recover customer data.
12. SERVICE AVAILABILITY
Services are provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis.
GoDomains does not guarantee:
-
Continuous availability;
-
Uninterrupted operation;
-
Error-free operation;
-
Specific uptime levels;
unless expressly agreed in writing.
Scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, infrastructure upgrades, and security activities may result in temporary service interruptions.
13. MANAGED SERVICES
Where managed services are purchased, GoDomains may provide certain administrative, monitoring, maintenance, or support functions.
Managed services do not transfer ownership or responsibility for customer systems to GoDomains.
Customers remain responsible for:

Applications;
-
Data;
-
Compliance obligations;
-
Business operations.
The scope of managed services shall be limited to the specific services purchased.
14. INFRASTRUCTURE CHANGES
GoDomains may:

Change infrastructure providers;
-
Change datacenter locations;
-
Upgrade infrastructure;
-
Replace hardware;
-
Modify network architecture;
-
Migrate services;
where reasonably necessary to operate, improve, secure, maintain, or support the Services.
Reasonable efforts will be made to minimize disruption.
15. SUSPENSION OF SERVICES
GoDomains may suspend, restrict, disable, or isolate VPS and cloud services where:

This Agreement is violated;
-
The Acceptable Use Policy is violated;
-
Abuse is detected;
-
Security risks exist;
-
Malware is detected;
-
Fraud is suspected;
-
Payment remains outstanding;
-
Legal obligations require action.
Immediate action may be taken without prior notice where reasonably necessary.
16. TERMINATION
GoDomains may terminate VPS or cloud services where:
-
Abuse continues;
-
Fraud is confirmed;
-
Legal requirements require termination;
-
Services cannot reasonably be provided;
-
This Agreement is repeatedly violated.
Upon termination, customer data may be removed from active systems following any applicable retention period.
17. CUSTOMER DATA AFTER TERMINATION
Customers are responsible for retrieving all data prior to service termination, expiration, or cancellation.
GoDomains shall not be responsible for preserving customer data indefinitely after service termination.
18. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GoDomains shall not be liable for:

Data loss;
-
Server downtime;
-
Service interruptions;
-
Security incidents;
-
Infrastructure failures;
-
Third-party provider failures;
-
Customer misconfigurations;
-
Software failures;
-
Lost profits;
-
Business interruption;
-
Indirect or consequential damages.
GoDomains’ aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the customer for the affected service during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the claim.
19. INDEMNIFICATION
The customer agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GoDomains, Cloudme Digital Co. W.L.L., its officers, directors, employees, contractors, suppliers, service providers, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, and legal fees arising from:

Use of the Services;

Customer content;
-
Customer systems;
-
Violations of applicable laws;
-
Violations of this Agreement;
-
Violations of third-party rights.
20. REFUNDS
Refunds relating to VPS and cloud services shall be governed by the Refund & Chargeback Policy.
21. CHANGES TO THIS AGREEMENT
GoDomains may modify this Agreement from time to time.
Updated versions become effective upon publication unless otherwise stated.
Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
22. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
Any dispute arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Kingdom of Bahrain.

ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

This Acceptable Use Policy (‘Policy‘) is part of our Terms and Conditions (‘Legal Terms‘) and should therefore be read alongside our main Legal Terms: https://www.go.cloudme.bh/terms-conditions/. If you do not agree with these Legal Terms, please refrain from using our Services. Your continued use of our Services implies acceptance of these Legal Terms.
Please carefully review this Policy which applies to any and all:
(a) uses of our Services (as defined in ‘Legal Terms’) and
(b) forms, materials, consent tools, comments, post, and all other content available on the Services (‘Content‘)
WHO WE ARE
We are Cloudme Digital Co. W.L.L, doing business as Go | Powered by Cloudme (‘Company‘,’we‘, ‘us‘, or ‘our‘) a company registered in Bahrain at Office24, Building 624, Road 2808, Block 428, Seef 428. We operate the website https://go.cloudme.bh (the ‘Site‘), as well as any other related products and services that refer or link to this Policy (collectively, the ‘Services‘ ).
USE OF THE SERVICES
When you use the Services you warrant that you will comply with this Policy and with all applicable laws.
You also acknowledge that you may not:
- Systematically retrieve data or other content from the Services to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database, or directory without written permission from us.
- Make any unauthorised use of the Services, including collecting usernames and/or email addresses of users by electronic or other means for the purpose of sending unsolicited email, or creating user accounts by automated means or under false pretences.
- Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Services, including features that prevent or restrict the use or copying of any Content or enforce limitations on the use of the Services and/or the Content contained therein.
- Engage in unauthorised framing of or linking to the Services.
- Trick, defraud, or mislead us and other users, especially in any attempt to learn sensitive account information such as user passwords.
- Make improper use of our Services, including our support services or submit false reports of abuse or misconduct.
- Engage in any automated use of the Services, such as using scripts to send comments or messages, or using any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.
- Interfere with, disrupt, or create an undue burden on the Services or the networks or the Services connected.
- Attempt to impersonate another user or person or use the username of another user.
- Use any information obtained from the Services in order to harass, abuse, or harm another person.
- Use the Services as part of any effort to compete with us or otherwise use the Services and/or the Content for any revenue-generating endeavour or commercial enterprise.
- Decipher, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any of the software comprising or in any way making up a part of the Services, except as expressly permitted by applicable law.
- Attempt to bypass any measures of the Services designed to prevent or restrict access to the Services, or any portion of the Services.
- Harass, annoy, intimidate, or threaten any of our employees or agents engaged in providing any portion of the Services to you.
- Delete the copyright or other proprietary rights notice from any Content.
- Copy or adapt the Services’ software, including but not limited to Flash, PHP, HTML, JavaScript, or other code.
- Upload or transmit (or attempt to upload or to transmit) viruses, Trojan horses, or other material, including excessive use of capital letters and spamming (continuous posting of repetitive text), that interferes with any party’s uninterrupted use and enjoyment of the Services or modifies, impairs, disrupts, alters, or interferes with the use, features, functions, operation, or maintenance of the Services.
- Upload or transmit (or attempt to upload or to transmit) any material that acts as a passive or active information collection or transmission mechanism, including without limitation, clear graphics interchange formats (‘gifs’), 1×1 pixels, web bugs, cookies, or other similar devices (sometimes referred to as ‘spyware’ or ‘passive collection mechanisms’ or ‘pcms’).
- Except as may be the result of standard search engine or Internet browser usage, use, launch, develop, or distribute any automated system, including without limitation, any spider, robot, cheat utility, scraper, or offline reader that accesses the Services, or using or launching any unauthorised script or other software.
- Disparage, tarnish, or otherwise harm, in our opinion, us and/or the Services.
- Use the Services in a manner inconsistent with any applicable laws or regulations.
- Sell or otherwise transfer your profile.
- Use a buying agent or purchasing agent to make purchases on the Services.
CONSEQUENCES OF BREACHING THIS POLICY
The consequences for violating our Policy will vary depending on the severity of the breach and the user’s history on the Services, by way of example:
We may, in some cases, give you a warning, however, if your breach is serious or if you continue to breach our Legal Terms and this Policy, we have the right to suspend or terminate your access to and use of our Services and, if applicable, disable your account. We may also notify law enforcement or issue legal proceedings against you when we believe that there is a genuine risk to an individual or a threat to public safety.
We exclude our liability for all action we may take in response to any of your breaches of this Policy.
